Why do most places only offer vegan burger or vegan curry as option for eating out?

Curry can be whipped up in a hurry and the burgers can come out of the freezer - not a lot of vegans dining out in most restaurants so it doesn’t pay to have more options on the menu - you’d rarely see tofu if ever. Main reason I don’t dine out much - that and I could cook better regardless

Curry or stir fry in my experience. Chefs don't know how to do veggie or vegan food. Burger is easy just get it out of the freezer.

Just been in Málaga and there were 5 places which were purely vegan or vegetarian all freshly made tofu, seitan, croquettes treat selection.

My local 5 star hotel has a vegan menu which is great.
