Ospreys doing the Irish provinces a huge favour at the moment they have the BP wrapped up at 50 mins, leading Cardiff 26-7

Ospreys look good! Criminal if they are the ones getting cut

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2, Paid Member Posts: 27,313 ✭✭✭✭phog

They've as good as won it now, 33-7 with 10 mins left

gave up too cheap ones, wouldn't put it past Cardiff to get a 4 try bp here

Lol, still a decent return for the Irish sides. Giving up 3 tries in five off minutes though!!

Fair play to Cardiff get a TBP, ideally we could have done with them getting nothing from it

Glasgow have named Jack Oliver as their sub SH for their game v Zebre tomorrow

Stevie Ferris is my favourite Ulsterman.

That's a howler of a call from Adamson. Wards knees clearly in the ground when he he called maul.

Thought he had a knee to the ground there

Great stuff from Calvin Nash there

Abrahams is having a stinker...bad missed tackle on Kok & now that spill

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,400 ✭✭✭clsmooth

I thought Munster got over there

Edit: not judging by the replay

Ah, just saw Gleeson at 8 and assumed it was Kendellen.

Nanks is box office, so good. Kelly working his socks off this evening, all action

This has been rubbish apart from the first few minutes

Munster can snap into their attacking shape very quickly and look great when they get their offloading game going.

But as soon as the ball slows down they start to struggle. Lacking power in the carry and their rucking is constantly at risk of being countered.

A botched chip over the top is a fitting way to end the half.

very low quality game. Two teams just going through the motions.

I'm giving both sides a bit of latitude here for the performance, its raw cold, passing snow flurries and a real feel of -3⁰C. Not easy to keep yourself loose and dynamic.

Considering the conditions, the team we have picked & the handling errors I'm happy to be only 3 down

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,764 ✭✭✭leakyboots

Would have taken 6-3 at half-time before the match. Poor handling in not ideal conditions

Ref way behind the play, didn't see a definite turnover for Munster

Bryn Ward is a very dynamic carrier. Giving Ulster all sorts of momentum.

Munster can be annoyed there, was definitely a turnover before Wards huge carry.

very impressed by Bryn Ward. He reminds me a lot of a young Stephen Ferris. Just absolutely loves winning collisions and hits everything like a train.
