This is probably the totally wrong board but right people and i cant find a more relevent one.

Anyone know what is an international qualification in Massage?
Where in Ireland can you study for it?

I have ben sitting infront of a computer in an office for too long. I want to study something totally unrelated.

My sister just qualified as a masseuse. She had to do exams after a course, and then had to study more, find a placement, then do finals.
    Can't remember exact details though....

Try the Celtic Health Centre in Ranelagh. I think they do courses on an ongoing basis.

I'll try shifting this to Afterhours to see if it gets a better response, don't think health and fitness would be any better unless figment wants to double post there.

colleges of further education would be your best bet for stuff like that, or even just drop into a local massage therapists place and ask?

Depends on the type of massage

aromatherapy/ swedish massages are taught in beauty colleges such as Susan coens, Galway. Gallegen School of beauty.

If your interested in Deep tissure release & sports injury massage, you need the NSSM, http://www.sportsmassage.ie
