Thought I would start a seperate thread on this EO comp as had been discussed in TAC 2025 thread.

Interviews started in November and a Panel has now been formed until December 2027.

Let us know if anybody has been informed of any placement offers from this panel.

I had been searching for this post the whole way through the process! Fair play for starting the thread.

No offer yet but I placed quite high on the panel so am expecting to hear soon. Will pop back to the thread once I hear.

There is an internal panel for HEO which has started to allocate placements if the majority of these were EO there should be a bit of movement in this panel early in the new year id imagine.

I also placed very high- got my location numbers as well Friday. I have been told I will be tagged for my current dept so expecting to be placed after Christmas.

Do you know if you can get offered customs eo from this or would they mainly be collector genrals roles. I think TAC do groups. Are you happy to stay where you are then.

No as far as I can remember they run different EO comps for customs a friend went for it last year. Yes I'm thrilled to be kept on where I currently am. I had already mentioned it to my manager before the results that if I did well could they keep me. They said they would try but it would depend on my oom in my work location. I was very fortunate I got top 10 for both locations and they have tagged me to keep me. Sorry now I didn't go for HEO. Two friends went to TAC last year and love it there.

I received my offer today. Am based in a regional city and finished in top 5 on county OOM. Forms have been returned and just waiting for start date from new role.

Cheers! Happy with my assignment now, it's in an area I know. Additional forms were letter of acknowledgement, Garda vetting, health declaration and a work permit declaration.

Doesnt seem to be alot of movement in this panel yet for my locations Limerick and Clare but they are holding batch 2 interviews in March so hopefully starts moving soon. Anybody get any offers recently?

No offer yet. I did enquire a few weeks ago and the panel had only moved two places for Limerick and no movement for Clare.

Yes I would like to think so- think there was 3 panels from the last internal EO and all were placed.

Not heard anything at all. They have only 1 batch panel. Internal HEO movement would help this panel move along.

Not sure how movement is going or how many were placed in batch 1 but a colleague has moved a few places. My oom is in the mid 20s for overall. Think we will find out our oom for locations next week. I'm outside Dublin.

I'm top 10 for Limerick from first batch of interviews. Has only moved 3 places since Dec and under oom 5 for Clare hasn't moved at all since December.…

68 I think- its up on CSD people behind me have already been placed but for different counties . Limerick has just stalled and Clare hasn't moved at all.
