Back for the peak Christmas derby season! The pattern is a bit odd this weekend, with TG4 showing more than their usual share of games (four!) and Premier a bit less, with two games relegated to URC.TV only (unless you have access to Welsh TV, which will give you tonight’s derby at least).

    Tonight 7:45pm

Cardiff v Scarlets BBC Two Wales URC.TV

    Leinster v Ulster TG4 Prem 1 URC.TV

    Saturday

    1:30pm Stormers v Lions TG4 URC.TV

    2pm Treviso v Zebre URC.TV

    3pm Glasgow v Edinburgh Prem 2 URC.TV

    4pm Sharks v Bulls TG4 URC.TV

    5:30pm Ospreys v Munster S4C Prem 1

    7:45pm Dragons v Connacht TG4 Prem 1 URC.TV

Pretty sloppy start from Leinster. Not a good game so far for Sam.

Has anyone ever seen a choke tackle maul being penalised for deliberately collapsing?

    Deserved lead for Ulster

That was a bad kick from Murphy and should have been covered by Frawley.

    Poor effort from him.

    Frawley poor positioning exposed again.

Leinster picking up were they have been all season in a state of absolute shambles.

    great accuracy on that kick

Was Frawley not tackled without the ball there. Had a chance to regather.

Sigh, this is going to be a long evening

    Stockdale showing all his class

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,084 ✭✭✭ironingbored

    Ioane hasn't touched the ball.

Kicking from hand has been really poor from Leinster.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,764 ✭✭✭leakyboots

Between Luke's passing and Sam's kicking Leinster have no control at all. Stockdale really putting his hand up

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,764 ✭✭✭leakyboots

Great defensive set there by Ulster. Poor pass by Sam/Luke and Tector stepping away from a certain 2 on 1 undid them

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,004 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Ulster give away so many penalties close to their line.

    Hopefully Brace has been counting.

Got there in the end, the pressure told

Great defence, penalty should have gone the other way at first scrum as it was clear lost bind, pressure eventually tells. Half hour has flown by.

Baloucoune should have been able to stop Reiko there who was juggling the ball. He must be more powerful than he looks.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,004 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Baloucoune is struggling. Has been blown away in the tackle by Ioane and now Lowe

    Jesus Sam.

    Whats up with you tonight?

That was a whopper collision between Kok and Kenny.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,004 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

    Same story again and again.

We're by far the better side and inaccuracies let the other team back in it

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,084 ✭✭✭ironingbored

    That is criminal from Tector.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,135 ✭✭✭For Petes Sake

    Shovelling sh*t. Awful from Tector

Considering how far down the pecking order Tector has been, that’s the last thing he needed. Yeeesh

wow prendergast is a terrible terrible player - every pass either to know one, behind them or wild and high into an easy turnover. Easy kick for touch to give a chance to extend the lead somehow ends in being a try down cause he cannot concentrate for 30 seconds. Type i hate to see playing for us too just interested in a stupid haircut.

i'm sure people have the blinkers on but serious trouble for ireland relying on this guy.
