take your point and shove it up your arse. disgraceful conceding 4 at home to bournemouth. no control or composure.

Kamikaze stuff from United. Might have been an exhilarating watch at times, but the reality is our GA is now worse than Brentford and Forest.

And it’s yet another chance to gain ground on 4th place p1ssed away.

Defensively, we are a joke. We can’t keep giving away points like this.

Saved by the keeper twice at the end. No chance of qualifying for Europe defending like this

7 points of 9 dropped at home against average teams due to a complete inability to manage in game

6 points away against probably the worst team ever to grace the premier league and an exhausted palace.

A vaguely competent coach and yer man would be getting a haircut tomorrow

Overall I think that was pretty poor. We were better in an attacking sense but Bournemouth had many very very good chances too. So poor defensively. Can't keep dropping points like this against poor teams and expect to achieve anything of note.

What a game that was and it proves without a shady of a doubt now that our defence is as open as Sallys Gap.

    Insanity at Old Trafford.

Am i the only one thinking that was a cracking game? Joy to watch, should have won but absolutely great football both teams

Bruno and Mainoo in the middle won't work unfortunately but at least Amorim played the two of them when we were pushing.

So frustrating, one for the neutrals in the end. Rollercoaster

    Bruno looks gutted there.

After a year and we concede four against Bournemouth

Our defending was hilariously bad, simple balls straight through the middle of our defense, like something you see in u10s

One of Amorim’s biggest critics and think he should have gone long ago. But think tonight was one of our best performances in a long time.

They dominated the game except for 10 minutes at the start of the second half. The reality is that Heaven, Yoro and Shaw is a bottom 5 back 3. Martinez came on and was absolutely awful too.

This was a personnel issue. Not a manager issue. De ligt and Maguire are the only CBs he trusts and you can’t blame him.

Only other concern for me is I still see an absolute donkey in Sesko. The guy looks like he legitimately struggles to dribble a football in space and doesn’t have anywhere near enough box threat to justify his lack of technical ability. Bambi.

Not at all! What a way to spend a Monday evening.

If you can't detach yourself and enjoy that for the madness it was then I genuinely feel sorry for you

Don't know how you even dissect that game. There is so much to like about the team but we are just so naive and soft.

Personally feel it all stems from midfield. There is just such a lack of control. Thought Mainoo played well when he came on actually.

Cunha is a quality player and I really like what I see from Sesko. I'm pretty confident on him.

Mbuemo has had a run now of average games. He's been snatching at a lot of things and wrong choices.

Time to end this madness. Can only win back to back games once in over a year in charge. Can’t keep a clean sheet.

There’s a decent team there if they were set up right and coached right but the longer it goes on the more ruddderless it looks.

He’s had his shot. He has failed miserably.

😂😂😂 we blaming the manager for that.. Players asleep for their goals, you can’t blame the manager for a lot but you can’t teach stupid from people

We always look more vulnerable when Casemiro isn’t in the pitch.

You think Amorim should take no blame for that? Really?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,619 ✭✭✭Charlie69

To be fair we were missing our two most experienced centre halves and Maz has been a regular starter too.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,628 ✭✭✭FrankN1

Why can't you blame the manager? Of course you can. 5 at the back and we concede at least one every game.

Dominating the game with an innovation on his tactic. Revert to default shape, concede. Get ahead again with the revised tactic. Come out second half an abandon what worked on the first and concede two. By that stage any semblance of control was lost and through shocking management the game descended into chaos. If you cannot see that in game changes that contributed to keeping Bournemouth in the games don’t be throwing around words like “stupid”.

go look at the goals and tell me what Amorim could have done better to stop them?
