Recommendations: Simple 48V LiFePO4 Charger for 7kWh Night Rate Top-Up (Scheduleable)

My inverter setup is maxed so I need a basic 48V mains charger to add ~7kWh to my LiFePO4 battery bank during the 3-hour EV night window. Any recommendations please for something simple with timer scheduling, adjustable to 56.8V max, EU supplier preferred (Ireland/UK plug).

Am I correct to think I just connect directly to the battery busbar? Thanks!

Hi, just realised my original reply disappeared? Anyway there a few rectifiers available that are normally used in the telecoms industry, Huawei, Eltek and Emerson would be the most popular.

You can pick them up for £30-£100 and easily integrate them into Home Assistant that makes them easy to control, voltage, current etc.

    I use a Huawei R4850, works well.

You can buy off the shelf pre-set ones but will pay a bit more, or you can buy a charger from the likes of Fogstar for £150 ish.
