I was wondering if there actually was a defined plan by some in the Trump Admin [if not Trump himself] who have decidedly made moves to disrupt the EU as a business and social entity.

I see Orban of Hungary as a willing partner in such a plan with his Pro-Russian, satellite nation, sabotaging of the EU's continuity. The sooner he is side-lined by the other EU countries, the better it is for Europe.
