You never hear about NAMA anymore. There was a time it got a daily mention. "Where's my NAMA joe?" being a common phrase.

To be honest, I think this is irresponsible radio. That "free birth" one is only on there to publicise her dangerous viewpoint. Hospital births are the safest and women are completely informed about the procedures that are recommended by the delivery team and they have the option to decline. The reality is that you place yourself in the care of the experts and you are only putting yourself and baby in harms way if not followed.

Sane and rational people know this. It's becoming a rarer commodity these days.

The more Sue talks the more questionable she sounds

The Guardian has run articles about this topic recently. Fascinating.

The thoughts of someone relying on a Facebook group or instgram grifters was unbelievable to me, but people are listening to them.

I would hazard a guess that's sues partner isn't allowed to have a different opinion to Sue's,

My heads melted from listening to her

Sue got more overbearing and dogmatic as the segment went on: some of things she was saying were crazy - medical science hasn't made birth safer?

I found the contrast between her and Fiona interesting - Fiona never wanted to get into an argument and always brought it back to focusing on women's health.

Couple of right weapons there I would opine…

Yes dear, it is important to have your landlord packs ready. I know a landlord who was shocked at the amount of money prospective tenants were earning, when given copies their payslips.

Does Kieran see everything through Kilkenny GAA lenses?

Caller says the owners wouldn't allow any photos or record a video when they're viewing a prospective apartment. I wonder why not.

The horrors of horrors having to live in Blanchardstown.

Missis, you could do a 4 hour commute each day from Kilkenny, like our host.

And has she contacted TDs to demand they act?

"We are not exactly young, we are close to our 30s."

Still only a Chislier by Joe's standard.

Megan: "At the rate we're going we'll end up living in my parents box room."

Speaking of boxes, what ever happened to Bosco's box? How much would he get on rent for that these days? You'd want for creative language to really sell it, as you wouldn't get a cat in it, never mind swing a cat in it.

Some nobody has not died, so no-body. He was/is in Fair City. I've never watched that $h1t€.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2, Paid Member Posts: 1,865 ✭✭✭Dublin Calling

Update, he is a Fair City actor!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,967 ✭✭✭✭sligeach

Kieran asked caller what his plans are since he finished up in Fair City. He's currently rehearsing for a panto wearing a dress playing a dame. Being dead doesn't sound so bad by comparison.
