Headlight condensation Audi A6 C8

Noticed it a few weeks ago on the passenger headlight, a lot of large droplet condensation. Not the normal light condensation that is normal and clears itself after a short drive.

Had it checked out by main Audi dealer and they confirmed it’s not normal level of moisture but they couldn’t figure out where water might be getting in, remover unit and said they checked seal all around, the vent and some other entry point that I can’t remember. Said it would be around 3k for new unit but could continue using it if not causing me issues with light (which it isn’t).

Just thinking/googling now and worried that this amount of moisture over time will eventually fry the electronics inside the unit. Could I fail nct in new year too assuming light lasts until then?

Thinking of bringing to an independent to get another opinion, thoughts or suggestions?

    Thanks
