That's a good first announcement for me. Good call by whoever said Feeder back up in the thread.

I'm thinking somewhere in this area is where it will be held. The extra bit is space will be well received I think

I've seen six of that line up before, and would gladly watch them again

Could take or leave lemonheads to be honest, but if he's on point it would be a great show.

Can't recall if I've seen NAD before, maybe at a feile, but if I have I don't remember and would love to catch them

Week before ATN is going to make it tricky though

Wow, heavy on the nostalgia. Plenty for me. The Wonder Stuff and the Neds is quite the trip down memory lane.

    Plenty of stuff I like.

Charlatans are usually solid live and have a seriously good catalogue of songs.

Bunnymen... great band in their day but his voice is totally shot, not bothered seeing them again.

That new Lemonheads album is perfectly fine but still mad how he has any trust left with fans here. But who knows.

In the same boat with FF>ATN but going to see if I can wrangle the Friday 24th - Wednesday 5th off work.

Sure we were built for this, Syd.

My guess is the other side of the road, triangle shape area but still 5 times the size of the gaa ground, they can still use the school as bus drop off collect, the fields you circled are covered in hedges and walls and some trees, the triangle shape is a clear site

Good shout, only have to deal with one land owner, and you have the old walls of emo court as a natural boundary.

That land does get wet though from my recollection. Should be absolutely fine in mid July though.

Have seen EATB a few times in recent years and always thought his voice was good (which did surprise me).

yeah, perfectly fine at EP in 2019.

has it fallen of a cliff since?

That lineup wouldn't do for me at all. It's like Feile 1991 when it was just starting to find its feet. Slightly depressing air about it now.

I've been a fan of The Bunnymen, Black Grape, Wonder Stuff, Neds and Charlatans and (with the exception of Black Grape who i've never seen) have seen them all multiple times, but none in recent years. Would i want to see any of them now? Not particularly, no. That's just me though, i'm sure everyone else will have a great time!

Nothing on this for me sadly. I can go into ATN fresh and ready.

    Only one headliner?

Deacon Blue being there suggests Paul Heaton and Lightning Seeds probably too.

Yes but first reveals last 3 years had minimum 2 of the headliners announced. Only Sister Sledge (2023), The Cult (2024) and Manics this year were added to main stage after first reveal

Ah, I see what you mean. I'm hopeful that James will be back for this one.

Madness confirmed as Sunday headliner at reveal party.

That's a pretty good scoop there, they played main stage early evening I think at EP 2017.

That was 2009. Can't remember if they played back to back but Madness and Brian Wilson both played that year. Madness were brilliant, i didn't stay for all of Brian's set.

They played EP more recently and were equally brilliant.
