Anyone have any knowledge if Rachel's post on the court move is correct in supposing the court may have been presented with something which could throw out the original panel's OK on the deployment of the Gd in Portland? The court "publication" is a few days old now.

I heard a, I thought anyway, very good theory on why all the talk of Trump running again. Its not about him running again, its all about stopping the usual 'dead duck' POTUS that all 2nd termers get once the mid-terms happen. All the talk moves to the potential successors and with that even the foreign governments stop talking to the POTUS and focus on the potential new POTUS. Also, he needs to keep his own party in line and that can only come if they believe that he could continue as POTUS and therefore they cannot afford to cross him
