Cadburys in profit but has no milk in it anymore

I eat it all the time. I haven't noticed any change. Of course there's palm oil used but not at the expense of milk. There's liquid milk and whey from milk used in Cadbury Milk chocolate. What are you basing your statement that they have stopped using milk on?

Complete muck, stopped buying ages ago.

That refers to Jacob's club milk, who can no longer use their slogan "if you like a lot of chocolate on your biscuit, join our club".

What stops me from buying Cadbury chocolate isn't the amount of milk or cocoa solids, it's the price! Almost 4 euro for the large bar in Lidl these days.

I found a few years ago that I was getting savage indigestion from Cadburys chocolate, particularly Dairy Milk, and stopped eating it altogether. No such problem in the past, nor now with Nestle or Tony's Chocolonely etc.

I have loads of problems with Cadburys. First is the palm oil has changed the consistancy to an oily bar, when Kraft bought Cadbury. Now with Mondelez it is gone chalky with no flavour.

The prolem is not the envoirnment or farming practice but to make the lowest cost per unit bar with what ever muck is on the comodities market. Plenty of better options out there.

It took longer to read this thread than it did to check the back of a bar of chocolate to read what is actually in it.

The 8 square bars they are still made in coolock using Irish milk. There is a definite and clear creaminess to these bars that isn't in the other Cadbury products, the bigger bars, fredos, celebrations.

Try it yourself, it's crazy once you see the difference and now i only buy the 8 square bars
