3 knuckle hinge adjustment

I have 3 of these hinges on an internal bedroom door.

The top of the door (non hinge side) is now getting stuck against the frame.

Has anyone any advice on how I go about adjusting the hinges and in what order so I can drop the door a little?

first check that none of the screws are loose.

Try cutting a piece of cardboard from a cereal box the shape of the hinge and putting it behind both the top and middle hinges, to pack them out a little, do one at a time and see if it works

next question is how tight is the door?

if it's just a small amount then some rough sandpaper might help.

Use the sandpaper to file away a small amount of the door.

Yep, assuming its catching top not side. I'd go with double layer at top hinge. Single layer middle hinge.….. or a quick rub of a plane
