Boiler stove question, I plan on fitting a boiler stove in the middle of a gable wall. Both windows either side of window, to get the copper pipe from the stove flow tapping I will have to gradually slop the pipe downwards 5 inches over the length of 1.5m to get it under the window. Once it passes the window it will be teed into the copper pipe straight up to the expansion tank and one coils of the water cyclinder and the other there will be to the radiators.

Ideally the pipe should be straight or upwards for gravity flow when pump not running, but will a slight downward fall before it starts to rise cause any issues?

Yes, the driving force on these circuits is very small. A 5” downward drop will significantly slow if not stall circulation, leading to boiling in the stove.
