Sent my laptop back for repair with Curry's tech insurance, now it's worse than before. What now?

It used to overheat on gaming and throttling and shut down.

The screen went wonky and bluetooth started to misfire.

They fixed the screen, but now when I game, it doesn't even have to overheat, it just shuts down automatically after about 30 seconds, after a few glitch like flicks on the screen.

I believe tech insurance providers a new machine up to or better than the spec of the current one.

    I currently have a

    HP Omen 16-c0500N,

AMD Ryzen CPU (Ryzen 7 series on that SKU), Radeon RX 6600M mobile GPU, ~16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, 16.1" QHD / 165 Hz style gaming display on the typical c0500 configuration

Any thoughts on what I could request as a replacement with that, or better spec?

I don't want to compromise on screen size.

Anyone been through the process with tech insurance? Is it straight forward?

I spoke on video call with a UK advisor, he gave me some numbers to call, and that I would have to drop this machine back to the store again.
