A lot of cyclists use a Turbo Trainer at home: it lets you use your own bike indoors, in one spot, basically.

Bought 2 indoor bikes for my garage a while back, mainly to keep active without heading out. Went with what’s called the best indoor bike, and it’s simple, steady, and comfortable for long sessions. Easy to adjust, smooth ride, and I can hop on anytime, even while watching TV.
