    My 'do we even have any food in the fridge' lunch. Leftover baby potatoes squished onto the pan and cooked for a little while, added two eggs, parsley, garlic granules, salt then some toppings. The last slice and a half of ham, cherry tomatoes halved, grated Cheddar and some spinach. Whacked it under the grill to melt the cheese. Tastier than expected 🤣

    Been considering making these for Xmas, but I've never made Scotch egg or pickled red onions before. Had a test run to see how it goes. Went with the Air fryer for the reduced oil option.

    Sardine pate on rye toast. Tomato and rocket salad.

    Small amount of leftover seafood chowder from Lidl (they seem to have less seafood in it than before).

    Love scotch eggs and made them before.

    This might be obvious to people here but if your reheating it in the microwave be sure to cut it in half because one I didn't cut exploded.
