    my oom is 379 and got an email to say group 3 interviews will take place in October and invites will issue over the coming days, a colleagues oom is in the 500’s

    My OOM is 271. Got email today that I’m in next group (group 3) for interviews which are due to take place in October.

    Surely with an OOM that high it’s unlikely I get an offer even if I pass the interview?

    I wouldn't think like that! You could have an amazing application and interview. If they had no intention of considering higher OOM's for a position they wouldn't be interviewing surely. Best of luck :)

    Honestly, don't feel it went great. About 45 mins long. Really drilled down into my application form examples. Lots of hypothetical questions which I wasn't as prepared for. End of the road I'd say.

    I tested to know when people start getting results

    When did you do your interview ? I did mine recently and it was very tax and audit heavy quite intense!

    Last week. There is only 3 to 5 a day so I won't specify. Nothing like that in mine but it's also not where my experience lies. Was very much more on leadership & management.

    I felt like I had a weaker answer on one too. But with these you never know, you could have touched on the competency in another answer and still make it across the line!

    Hi. May I ask if anyoneis a EO in revenue TAC want is the work like here?

    I am in competition for EO in revenue and just curious what a work day would look like? And the training involved

    Also if anyone is in Mayo office even better!

    I’m in batch 2 but don’t have interview until next week so I would imagine no results will go out until batch 2 interviews are finished.

    I didnt sleep right until I got my results. I was going over my answers and cringing follwed by thinking that I actually did ok.. T'was painful 😅

    But in fairness I got the results exactly 2 weeks after the interview. Hopefully you got over the line! Best of luck to everyone interviewing this week!
