Gable-end walls over slatted tanks

How are these done in terms of TAMS standards? I'm talking about the agitating end. Are you allowed build the wall on the slat which will have replacement issues down the line, or what what is the process?

There is normally a precast concrete beam placed across the tank underneath where the wall is going. Your slats are to the inside of it & your agitation point is on the outside of it.
