    Corkie, if you're gong to start quoting AI sources again, you're on your own. That statement of yours which I quoted in post #30 above and almost all of what you quoted earlier is complete BS.

    The current motor policy as you described it is not worth the paper it's written on. One day after the renewal, the policyholder ceased to be the main driver. If you phoned Axa tomorrow and informed them of that fact, they would immediately cancel the policy.

    It is not a renewable of the existing policy, but a new policy with a different insurance provider, the insurer who's policy was expiring wasn't interest in renewing it with the conditions we where looking for. As I said the broker & insurance company where repeatedly told of the circumstances of the policy been sought. Are you trying to tell me the broker, didn't pass on this information to the insurance company?
