Finally axed Sky after 7 years using their Sky Q service and it’s been more than a success.

As some of ya know the LNB needs replacing to use with say your TV tuner - I’ve an newish LG which has one.

Switched over the lnb on the dish to a dual lnb I picked up on Amazon for less than 20 quid, hooked up the wires and ran it to the TV’s tuner.

After some research I changed the TV’s location to the UK and Freesat came up to use - I just gave the TV the ok to tune for channels and about 160 came up and say 20 or so Radio.

EPG is for the full week and not the now/next only that I would have had if I’d have left it to the Irish location.

Hope that helps anyone that’s interested in changing over - I’m just sorry I didn’t do it years ago.
