another neighbour has set up a business at home… this time a physio. You need planning permission or approval from your local authority to set up a business at home in Ireland that involves visiting clients..None sought. Now cars parked everywhere. I couldn’t step off the path to cross the road without walking about 30 feet more up the path to get around a load of cars parked almost bumper to bumper, some with people waiting in them,either collecting people or about to go see one of the two practitioners there.
