If like me you have a collection of gas bottles for the dehorner, this is a handy way of figuring out how much gas left in each. If you get get your hands on an accurate scale, just weigh them. I haven't bought a bottle now for last 2 years.

Top one is near full and lower one well used. Weights are with lids on - KERBL bottles.

I find that if you have Sucklers and with the hassle of rounding them up, seperating them, putting them in the crate and gas not heating up enough. My excuse of the weight of the can will not stand up to the abuse I would get if a new can is not available and the place to get one is closed for the day.
