Kildare town Pubs

Hi All, Apologies if this has already been posted. I’ve moved to Rathangan and was just wondering what the pub scene was like in Kildare Town? Where would be recommended for casual drinks for late 20s early 30s? Am I better to go further afield or stay in Rathangan? Thanks

Cunninghams in Kildare attracts a younger crowd, out in the back bar and terrace.

Burrow in Rathangan has a decent vibe and I know people in the town that always recommend it for meeting up. Active golf society too.
Kildare Town - Silken & Cunninghams are the two main pubs for lively banter.
