    Myself and my partner are moving into a new build of the last phase in Tinakilly Park, Rathnew Co. Wicklow hopefully in the coming months. Everything is signed, etc….


    We were told by the estate agent September, we should be able to move in by October. Been trying to reach the estate agent and builder Dres but haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone. 

    If anyone is buying or working in the same development and has any info on the current timeline or updates on the site it would be very much appreciated.

    Trying to find out asap as we have to give a 3 month notice to our current landlord and currently on holiday so we’d like to be prepared when it comes for snagging.

    In a similar position. We were told we would be doing snagging in mid-September. I know there was a delay with utilities hookup (water etc) and the D/Res builder told us it would be mid Sept.

    I have found them fairly responsive. There is an email address

    snagging@dres .ie
