you considering the reverse of that now?

I am, but I never like having 3 City in my squad

Spurs play Man City next I would hold off on Kudus for another week (Kudus owner here!) He probably won't score great next week anyway

I'll keep Rutter for now, think he could be in for a good season. Don't have any City so I'd be more tempted to downgrade Wirtz to Reijnders, that 3m could go a long way.

I'm not entirely sure yet that Wolves are in any way whatsoever representative of what City are likely to take every week in the PL. They are prime candidates for relegation and did nothing yesterday to make me think otherwise.

Pretty easy change for me from Souček, who was a BB chance, to Reijnders, and I even save 0.5M!

    Overturned for pushing.

Chris Wood was such a great option with those fixtures but I just don’t think his minutes are guaranteed. I expect him to get 60-70 minutes per game.

Another goal for Wood 🪵 🪓

Both my Palace players Mateta and Munoz both pick up a yellow card.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,683 ✭✭✭✭shmeee

Pre season form made it hard go to him for many.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,683 ✭✭✭✭shmeee

    Wood 2nd

    Anderson assist

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,152 ✭✭✭caviardreams

Agree. Had him in at one point with the fixtures but Forest seemed to lack creativity in preseason with Elanga gone

May struggle when Europe starts too but worth a look for the next few weeks still. Will see how Watkins does Brentford - hopefully goals for Villa as Brentford defence are making it easy enough for forest

    Neco Williams yellow 😡

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,194 ✭✭✭✭Cartman78

João Pedro subbed off for Delap.

Chelsea have created nothing of note so far

    Brentford goal - Thiago pen

    Double cleanie wipeout for me

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,683 ✭✭✭✭shmeee

Sanchez and Munoz CS's locked. Take that especially as a non Palmer or Pedro owner.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,365 ✭✭✭✭extra gravy

Double clean sheet wipeout and Palmer blank ends my interest this week. Worst opening game week I've had in a long time.

as usual dunno if I'll keep my interest going again.

Its basically compulsary to have Salah and Haaland if you want to keep up.

I miss the variety that used to be in FPL - choosing between Gerrard/Lampard/Nani/Hazard/Bale in midfield or Drogba/Rooney/Tevez/Berbatov/van Persie/Torres. Multiple high value players to try and juggle now its just a two man game with very minor differences outside of Haaland/Salah.

    United goal

New goalie for United; Bayindar bullied out of it from Rice corner and Calafiori heads in from 3 inches.

    Very weak from utd goalie

I was thinking that the way this week has panned out, those who went for Salah or Haaland have had no negative consequences for having to field enablers. The likes of Reijnders and Anderson are only on people's teams because either Salah or Haaland are also there. Fielding a 5.5m midfielder should be a negative consequence of owning Salah or Haaland. Instead it's turned into a positive. Pricing is obviously all wrong with those two especially. Players who tried to fill the midfield with so called premium mids like Saka, Palmer, Bruno, Wirtz have been severely punished. It is what it is but owning Salah should mean a weaker team elsewhere. Instead it's the opposite. Big big cock up in the pricing.

Raya good save from Mbeumo, not much else to report. TBH, Raya should be stopping them headers.

I didn't realise BB points were added to score as they happend. I'm 21 points closer to my league leader than I thought. Got away with it in mini league but obviously not in the overall. Onwards now. No knee jerk reactions. Nearly went Rogers to Reijnders but gonna hold for one more week.

Cole Palmer's last PL goal from open play was in January. His hype far outweighs his returns, and of course I got sucked in. Penalties vastly inflate his numbers.
