yeah it was with the code. Checked at 4.59 nothing came up, checked at 5pm and there was quite a few normal and restricted including pitch for €173. Dearest that showed was €206 for lower hogan.

There was some 136/156 too. Mine were 55 + 6.95 fee

One of the best gigs I've attended.

Ended up beside Miriam O'callaghan. Stunningly beautiful woman. Shorter than I imagined

    Genuinely? :D

Nope. But she's absolutely stunning. Oasis and Miriam's presence in one day. It's the little wins :D

I made it to a few hundred yards of my gate and my back went into complete spasm.

    I missed the entire gig.

    You couldn't make it up.

Gig was amazing - simply perfect !

we got there early so no issue getting in.

    getting a beer ? Disaster.
young lads selling them on the pitch. Bizarrely, they had to pour the cans (rockshore - which is pis*) into a glass one by one ??? It took forever !!

A fella ordering 8 beers, poured one by one - queue getting itchy and grumpy. People skipping and arguing LOL!

    Best avoid

Any recommendations for pubs with a good atmosphere pre gig? ie playing oasis tunes and a beer garden

gonna head up early and try for front standing tonight. Is it a nightmare to get to the toilets from there if they’re right at the back as other people in standing are saying?

Incredible gig last night , going again tonight and will post tomorrow with my full review 🤣.

Bar / drink queues a disaster , no prepulled pints , if you ordered a Guinness , they pulled it fresh and you had to wait for it to settle .

No searching of males hogan stand entrance . So I suggest you bring a light refreshment in your pocket 😉

can somebody go through the hello tickets process for me step by step?

I have tickets but one person up in Dublin with us hasn’t got one and there’s tickets available on hello tickets. I know there’s posts back in the thread but would appreciate a recap.

    Thanks x

What a night, would love to go again tonight if I could nap tickets at the €55 price. Would not be disappointed if I have tickets in the upper in case anyone is… 6 of us standing yesterday, it was a sh1t show getting in, and then on to the pitch. I stupidly queued to get in thinking toilets inside (under the stand or what ever) but no, herded back out so queued again! Bonkers! Felt I have myself enough time to get in to see RA but missed him completely! Seen at least 2 lads get in for free. Security very over whelmed at times

That was the best gig I have ever been to.

Everything was brilliant. Ashcroft was on top of his game, Oasis were as well and the entire vibe at the gig was great. Not a spot of bother and everyone loving every single minute of it.

Also quite impressed with his well everything was organised. You had the massive queues at the bars of course but they had small stands for cans of beer, gin and tonic,… I heard bad stories from shows in the UK with massive queues etc to get in but none of that here.

Insane prices obviously but I guess that's more to do with modern concerts than Croke Park itself.

What are the chances of travelling up from Munster and getting lucky buying a ticket outside croke park?

    Thank you.

How did you get front standing, is it just queue up the normal way and you are giving it, or do I need to do something?

Are you given it on entry or post ticket check?

Also, are you through security before queuing (before 5) or after? E.g can I drink in the queue?

    Heading tonight and can't wait!

For those standing, what's the toilet(ladies) situation like? Do we have to walk around back to behind the hill or can we go up the stairs to the ones in the stadium?

There's toilets at the back of the standing area, near the Davin stand.

How was the experience for anyone with Premium Standing tickets through the Yellow Route?

Is it possible to get Front Standing from that entrance too?

if you have a general admission ticket and want upgrade to front standing do you follow the Front standing signage?

Once actually on the pitch an in situ, it was a phenomenal gig

I also go to Croke park 10-15 times a year for GAA games and know plenty of the regular volunteers and how great they are consistently

However saying all that, last night was the biggest shiitshow I've seen in the stadium. Essentially once you got to the pitch standing entrance there was basically a crush of people. The area they attempted to funnell you down under the Davin coming from the Cusack side isn't big enough for that amount of people.

The volunteers straight after ticket check who are meant to give out the wristbands were just completely overwhelmed so they stopped checking who needed wristbands and stopped giving them out, and then just flat out ran out of wristbands. So lots of people took a half hour to edge their way through the mess to the pitch section only to have no wristband and realize they had to turn back for it. Once they ran out of wristbands they actually stopped letting people through the turnstiles for 45 mins until they could restock. Lots of people barely made Oasis start time due to this

Coldplay had the same crowd but went off without a hitch from memory so no idea how last night was so bad. Just go early tonight is my recommendation. If you were planning on being in for half 6, make it half 5

No prepulled pints - seriously? That's madness. They weren't expecting your average Oasis fan to be be a drinker.

Is the queueing as bad for seating tickets? Have upper Cusack stand tickets. Hoping to be there around 7.

What a Gig!! Really enjoyed it. Sound was brilliant in standing. Seen someone mention here that the first 45 mins fly by with the songs and that is definitely the case.

We gave ourselves plenty of time to get in to see RA but the queues to get into standing were really slow. I don't understand why you got your ticket scanned, got through and then had to find a steward to get a band. Felt really badly organised, once we got through the wrist band check there was much more room and we ended up quite close to the barrier at front standing. Managed to catch a couple of RA songs. If your planning to get in for RA, leave 40 mins earlier than you planned for as it seemed everyone has the same idea
