Old UPC box no remote how to watch recordings

    Our old (approx 15 years) Thomson UPC TV box is on its last legs. Wont respond to remote but sometimes does respond to the buttons on the box itself.

    Virgin are replacing it in 2 weeks time. All good but is there any way to view the recorded programmes via the buttons on the box?

    At the moment all we can really do is view the guide then select channels to view from there.
