    Hi

I lost all my satellite channels . I tried to retune but got nothing. Are my settings right before I call out a satellite repair company to have a look at. I am based in North Dublin, near the coast

    Thanks

That transponder 10891 H has no channels. How long ago since you were getting reception?

Are you getting any signal strength/quality readings for any of the stored frequencies?

I was looking at a satellite box at my sister's earlier this week, many of the stored frequencies were dead

As above, check through the stored frequencies and see if any of them are pulling in a signal. Some of the stored frequencies may be correct but the SR may have changed from 22000 to 23000 for example

If no signal is present at all then you could be looking at faulty LNB and/or cable. If you can't troubleshoot yourself then an installer might be required to check the installation.

Thanks… I had signal about 1 or 2 weeks ago..

I have tried various settings but am not entirely sure how to translate the settings on flysat to my tv config. Anything I try results in 0% signal strength :( . I set LNB freq to 9750/10600 and transponder to 10773,H,22999 but no joy

If nothing is coming up using the correct parameters likely there's a fault at the dish end.

Is it easy to access the dish?

If so, have a look at the LNB feedhorn cover, they can crack over time and allow moisture ingress leading to failing LNBs
