tankardstown l3976 speed zone. From 3 counties-back road to athy.

Hi I was hoping someone can help. I want to know what is the speedzone for tankardstown L3976. Along where the spray painting shop is/ where all the trucks are parked, not sure if it's a scrap yard. I took this road coming from the 3 counties. It said 80 on Google maps but I'm wandering with the new speed zone reductions…

I took this road coming from the 3 counties. It said 80 on Google maps but I'm wandering with the new speed zone reductions nationwide, is it now 60. There was very little signage as to what speed it is. Thanks anyone who replies.

It's an L road, so default is 60 unless signposted otherwise.
R roads are default 80 and N roads are default 100
