Sodium Flouride Mouthwash Question - ppm v ppmF

Just wondering if someone could clear this up for me. Aquafresh mouthwash contains Sodium Flouride (220ppm flouride) and Tesco Essentials contains 0.05% w/w Sodium Flouride (225ppmF). I'm guessing these mean different things and that the Tesco mouthwash has less flouride but does anyone know how much less?

When it comes to price one 500ml bottle one is 6euro and the 1.20 so price wise there's a big difference.

I didn't actually notice the difference in Sodium Flouride in the shop as the writing's small, it was only when I got home I noticed that the Tesco one was ppmF and not ppm.

Both have roughly the same amount, 220 ppm v 225 ppm, with the Tesco product having slightly more

Fluorine makes up approximately 45 % of the mass of Sodium Fluoride . Therefore 0.05%, (equivalent to 500 ppm) of Sodium Fluoride, contains 45% of 500 , or roughly 226 ppm

Thanks for that as I was wondering is the cheaper Tesco version less effective. I've seen a couple of other named brands who also have 225ppmF since I posted above.
