2026 schedule floating about. Ireland ain’t on it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 108 ✭✭Fatnacho

Doesn’t look like Slane ‘26 will be happening. Same source was on the ball with all the tour dates and venues for this year.

    Seen those leaks for 2026

Definitely demand there for another Irish gig or 2. Maybe MCD wont budge of something

Christ with all those " leaked gigs " Liam will be sounding like a hoarse frog by the time he gets through half of them.

I know he is managing the voice better in recent years, but when it goes bad, he sounds terrible.

Once it holds up for the 2 nights in Dublin is the main thing, after that, good luck !

nothing to do with promoter. They are trying to cover countries/cities they haven’t played before on the reunion and Manchester in city stadium was always going to be on the cards given out of commission for renovations this summer

Already a different act (bad bunny) booked and tickets on sale for the Metropolitano in Madrid on June 10th so that list can't be correct. Well not fully anyway but would give an indication to whether to take it seriously

There's a 3-week gap at the end of July with no gigs scheduled, still plenty of room for more shows.

Maybe not Slane (I would hope not) but wouldn't rule out Irish gigs at all

If they can do Glasgow and Edinburgh over the 2 year cycle then Cork should be in with a shout

probably too small for them money wise to come over here and GAA season scheduling not helping

Suppose PUC could be done and dusted intercounty games wise by early June

A dream scenario would be a Bruce/Ed Sheeran type nationwide tour but won't happen in a month of Sundays

    Lol

I’m more of a real person than you or your ilk will ever be. Robotic AI idiots is all you are.

I saw the MTV premier of super sonic and I’ve been a huge fan since … where were you back then ????

If they don’t play Ireland next year (which I can’t see but I know nothing ultimately) it’ll be quite hilarious given how they (more so Noel) tries to say their Irish

money and their free time is all that matters to them. Not going to be killing themselves doing additional dates in ireland for reduced fees. Might as well do another knebworth and buy a private jet

flew over to London for the Wednesday gig

Was my first time seeing them, absolutely didn’t disappoint. Tears of joy , the buzz , the poznan ,LGs Aura

The best day /night of my life , feel semi deflated now knowing I’ll never see it again for a 1st time

Anyone with tickets for Dublin get ready for a BIBLICAL evening

Best song since sing song wise was little by little , supersonic was epic too and personally love Slide Away

Ashcroft warm up was nice little one to get things bubbling , lucky man was class live

I’d do anything to be going back again this weekend in Wembley

Enjoy any of you going and long live Oasis

Ask Adrian: Ticketmaster won’t let me transfer my Oasis tickets to a friend in

this article in Indo today, need a sub to read. Maybe someone has read it, might be of interest to many

this seems a little like clickbait to me, most gigs open up the week of the event

Question: For the upcoming Oasis gigs in Dublin, anyone who wishes to transfer tickets to a friend via the Ticketmaster app can’t do so as the ‘transfer’ option isn’t enabled.

    Usually you can do this.

I purchased four tickets for two friends of mine as they were working and didn’t have time to log in and queue.

I’m retired and I often do this for friends and then just transfer the tickets before the concert.

You will only find this out if you log into your account, bring up the event and the option to sell the tickets back to Ticketmaster.

I feel it is unfair that they didn’t highlight it prior to the tickets going on sale. — EF

    Answer

You’re right that this is a relatively uncommon thing to do by Ticketmaster.

The company says that it’s the band that ultimately controls this decision of whether or not the tickets can be transferred in this way or not.

The reason, it seems, is because of touting. In other words, while you were doing this in good faith for friends, others who are less scrupulous might offer to transfer the tickets for, say, €500 each to someone.

One thing you can, in theory, do is to give your Ticketmaster log in details to your friend so that they can open the app on their own phones and access the tickets that way.

That’s hardly ideal, since the app has your personal details attached to it. But there isn’t really any other way around it, as far as I’m aware.

Occasions like the Oasis gigs are relatively rare, so it shouldn’t be a thing you encounter too often in future.

Yeah and they didn’t even ask TM/mcd for standard response which will be “tickets will be available for transfer at least 48 hours before the show”

Pop up shop opens on bank holiday Monday in Dublin .

I dont have an appointment/its booked out, gonna take a wander in to see how big the queue is . Don't mind queuing for a bit, will see how it goes.

Don't have much on the shopping list except a couple of the adidas items, hope they have them in store.

Will desperately try resist buying stuff i dont want and dont need !

Here's a few pics from the Manchester store. The Adidas stuff was in its own section as you'd presume

Where would one sell two tickets and a hotel room. Toutless doesn't have an accomodation and tickets section.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,689 ✭✭✭COH

Just sell them in the regular event thread on toutless

Ashcroft has lots of brilliant tunes from his solo career, his first album was brilliant and his 2018 one also.

100% will be on sale at the gigs too

Might have 'unique event shirts' for sale only at the venue

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,845 ✭✭✭morphy87

When do you think they will announce any more tickets for Dublin? I got the email saying that I was a loyal fan and may be given the opportunity of receiving a code for purchasing tickets if more come on sale

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 41,099 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

Next week or 10 days I'd say

Crazy it's only 2 weeks away tomorrow

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,845 ✭✭✭morphy87

I know, did you receive one of these codes? I had totally given up until I got that email out of the blue
