Saw on Twitter that nearly all pundits tipped Donegal. Same for the Kerry-Armagh game - all tipped Armagh.

FFS lads. It's Kerry. It's a final. They have David Clifford and plenty other proven winners. The pundits must have had collective amnesia.

    +1

may take a good few runs of a power harrow, you'd get away with it for an agri field but for a lawn you'd want as much of the scraw removed as possible before seeding otherwise it'll break your heart to get the lawn seed to take evenly

Wouldn't get enough speed for a disk harrow. Will look for a power harrow somewhere. Have a rotovator I was gonna try

Von der Leyen should have stalled and called Trumps bluff. He never follows through on tariffs. I'd say USA was hoping for 10% in a best case scenario and couldn't believe their eyes Von der Leyen conceded 15.

Imagine even agreeing to meeting him in is golf course and all the fine places in the UK. That's just going to the lions den and begging for mercy. She's a disgrace to her role.

I have this A frame for my spreader. Just fit the A frame to the three point linkage of the tractor and back in and adjust the toplink from the tractor if needed. All's needed then is just attach pto shaft and hydraulic pipe of the spreader.

Maybe show the pictures to your father now as well. The pair of ye would be more inclined to get one now that incident is fresh in the mind than if thought about in a month's time.

It'd be a fair fright alright.

I'd go more against the Trump side.

Vdl only went with the 15% to buy American weapons so Ukraine can defend itself. And trump stopped the arms directly from the US because he wants Russia to win. The man has zero humanity and sees others lives as bargaining chips. He got his 15% and he got his European countries buying US arms with all the conditions of the world attached.

Vdl is obviously not flawless in her support of Israel but they're finally copping on Netanyahu had control of the whole thing from start to finish. And he was nearly having the world accept a famine and genocide of thousands of people and then trump could build his plaza on their bones.

I try to avoid all the Trump BS but I was in the car this morning when Pat Kenny was on about it.

Not sure what von der Leyen was thinking meeting him at his golf club. If that didn't signal who was in charge, then nothing would. She could also have pushed him harder as he's under pressure because of the Epstein story in the US and he needed a deal to deflect attention.

I know it's hard to represent Europe's 27 different member states but she seems to have simultaneously p*ssed off all of them. Apart from Ireland - I heard Micheal Martin praising the deal earlier. But then he'd praise anyone in authority!

The game was a disaster at times before the new rules but still with some very close games and exciting passages of play especially when teams wanted to play. While there have been significant changes due to the new rules, I'm not sure the game will be better in the long run, if the latter stages of the championship are anything to go by anyway, and these are probably the more evolved teams. It's still poor and in danger of becoming more one sided and boring. Maybe reducing, back passes inside the 21, hand passes, the number allowed to tackle or surround a player, the number of players on the field, might help, but the football brains of Ireland are on that and I'm far from one of them, hopefully they'll stick at it.

My point about handling stock was actually serious and nothing to do with wrestling, the opposite in fact. It was to do with control of movement, with body positioning, eye contact and awareness of space, i.e. more like how a sheepdog controls and separates stock, ideally, there should be very little force needed.

A bit of set dancing would be beneficial too!

Bearing in mind of course, that in the end, there's no answer to pace!

All these smart people keep telling me Trump is an idiot, can't make a deal etc but it looks like he is completely dominating the EU.

The EU came to his personal golf course (why agree to that) and made a deal where we don't put tariffs on his goods but accept 15% on ours while the UK gets 10%?

That's an awful shock, thank god everyone was ok, it was a potential nightmare.

Maybe take a bit of aconite, available in any health shop.

I had to go to A&E in Tullamore earlier today. I fractured my ankle walking across the yard on rough stones.

Don't member states have to pass this first?

Wasn't Qatar meant to spend 5 trillion in the US, and Japan hundreds of billions? Neither of those things will happen. I suspect a lot of the announcement from yesterday won't happen either.

Sounds like an avulsion fracture where an attached ligament plucks off a piece of bone. I was in a cast for 6 weeks with one of those a few years back, then needed some physio. It's feet up for you, watching daytime TV.

We could be here all night arguing over how good the Cliffords are, but the way they carry themselves both on or off the pitch has to be commended. There's some clowns in this country that could take a leaf out of their book.

Yep - she is weak and simply a front for the German Led EPP group in the EU and the current German government under Mertz. Our spinelss government with FG in that EPP group was never going to rock the boat no matter what deal came out.

We arrived at about twelve, they got me a wheelchair and I was seen within 15 mins. Waited about 10 for the xray and another 10 mins for to be seen again. I was just over an hour there. Great service.

I see the man involved in the fermanagh shooting is after passing. Its an awful pity he didn't have to live with the consequences of what he had done.

    oh that is unfortunate.
My OH fractured her elbow two weeks ago in a cycling mishap. Sling will be done tomorrow, another two weeks without driving. Physio etc too.

He stuffed her exhaust alright. I do enjoy his antics. He's a nationalist and says what he's thinking.

We wouldn't understand much of that as we aren't Americans or living there.

Such a bit of whinging does be done about him by those far removed.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,561 ✭✭✭✭Say my name

Well there was a close Navalny supporter in the US is far removed now anyway.

He was seeking asylum and Trump sent him back to be tortured and imprisoned in Putin's Russia. Leonid Melekhin is his name.
