    This is RTE, they work in mysterious ways. It would even be possible for them all to audition, and non staffer to be handed the gig with no audition.

    Should Philip not be strongly objecting at this stage? He was done auditioning after 2 weeks. Colm is embarking on week 3. Not looking like a level playing field.

    I know sometimes if an interview is scheduled for 30 minutes but you’re still in there talking to them after 45 minutes, you can feel confident. Thing is you don’t know if they do this with everyone anyway. These are public auditions though.
