Pure Telecom -Huawei modem , dead slow speeds

Hi,

Looking for any advice/solutions.

Last 2-3 days now have had absolutely next to no download speed. Registering 67kbps on fast.com.Google and Ookla speedtests won't even start it's that slow. Upload seems fine registering at about 40mbps.

I've tried the following

Rebooting /unplugging modem for a period of time.

Tried a wired connection

Did a complete factory reset back to original settings.

Tried an old Vodafone router I had (which did work but same speeds).

None of which worked. Wired connection improves to about 840kbps.

Any suggestions would be great.
