    Atrocious compared to what? Try Golfchannel some day.

    We all like this guy and not that guy so much thats just normal. But overall Sky golf coverage is exellent.

    Faldo is so unbelievably bad. You know he has the experience and the swing knowledge but he couldnt articulate his way out of a nutsack. He's borderline incoherent a lot of the time, and a total narcissist 100pc of the time.

    Dame Laura never saw a shot she didnt want to prematurely (and incorrectly) call. An embarrassment as a commentator and puts her colleagues in horrible spots repeatedly because her mistakes are so mind numbingly obvious that they cant correct her without looking like theyre laughing at her so they just let them go most of the time.

    The Golf channel is far better than Sky.

    Daugherty must be the worst ever commentator. Coltart is awful too.

    On the Thursday morning of the Scottish Open they had a great team on which included Sam Torrance. If they kept them and added Radar and or Beemer they'd have a fantastic team.

    Golfchannel isnt bad as such but has so many ads its unwatchable nearly.

    As for commentators it's all personal preference I guess. I dont like Dougherty myself but find Colthart alright. I like the old farts Boxall and Murray. Used to really not like Henny but shes after growing on me. Inci and Iona are nothing special but ok. As for 'celebs'; Faldo is a pompous fart. Cant stand McGinley for some reason. Laura Davies is not the worst. I like Beemer and Radar is probably my favourite.

    Scottie told the golf world he basically not arsed with playing golf for much longer and/or he doesn't really care that much about winning at the end of the day and doesn't give him that much fulfillment and sky just can't accept it lol. Iona especially!!

    And he plays like that too. No emotion shown no fist shake after an eagle putt he just trudges around and hits one faultless shot after another. Beemer is right, he's playing boring golf. Its great golf for sure but it is boring.
