    The show was costing $100 million per annum to produce and has a staff of 200.Which is completely insane.It was losing $40 million a year.

    The entire argument about it being cancelled because of his criticism of Trump is bogus, if anything he's lucky the show was tolerated with such a poor performance for so long.

    Also it's interesting that almost all the people defending the show are people who liked it because he criticized Trump and platformed critics of Trump which tells you that it obviously wasn't delivering on what it was supposed to be which is to a late night comedy talk show.

    Poor performance it was the number one late show, the lessening of TV ad revenue wasnt his fault.

    They could certainly cost cut.
