    tent unpacked, checked and repacked, usb power banks are charged (2 x 20,000 mAh plus 1 x 12,000 mAh) , air bed tested, pumps (main and backup) charged and tested, beer in fridge, small bottles of water for cool bag in freezer, tent food bought, camping light charged, sleeping bag has had its annual wash. Good to go I think.

    Decisions decisions, is it worth it for only 6 hours just to see Kerbdog and Therapy??

    I'd probably check out Peter Hook and the Pillow Queens while I'm there too, to kill the time in between. Beginning to think that if it's not raining, I'll pop over. Someone talk me out of it!

    Thursday & Friday looks good, few intermittent showers Saturday & Sunday looks good. Hell of a lot better than forecasted a week or so ago. Yippee.

    Just got a mail from Forest Fest there,

    I went mad and got a VIP pass last week, and one of the reasons was for better parking.

    Was told here, and even from Forrest Fest themselves after I bought the pass, that weekend campers didn't get VIP parking ;( However in today's email, there is now VIP parking for weekend people! Nice one!

    I'll report back after I've tried the fancy toilets so haha ;)

    Thanks I can see it now; but it just confirms that the camping fields look like they're about 1km from the arena; IIRC that's about the same as last year, not "much closer". Anyone know for sure?

    Passed by the campsite today. It's two fields closer that last year. Last years campsite field is now the general parking area. From the main entrance of the site to the campsite is just over 1K walk. VIP parking is 500 meters from main entrance
