Each supermarket doesn't manufacture their own DRS machines, so can't blame SV for that.

I've two one week breaks coming up and a week and a half or so at the end of September and I just can't be bothered to plan anything.

it was their choice to buy them though. if someone said 'supervalu was too warm and sweltery this weekend', it'd be nonsense to respond with 'yeah, but they don't make their own A/C units'.

I assume they buy from the same manufacturer as Lidl, Aldi, Dunnes, Tesco?

Possibly as a result of being force-fed 2nd-hand non-tobacco cigarette smoke, when I started feeling unwell a few weeks ago, it didn't cross my mind that it might be my cereal(it's hard for ppl with my kind of food allergies to find that) in the few hours since i changed brand I'm feeling much better.

Beyond that, I made a doctor's appointment based on how unwell I was feeling, which feels like a waste of money I don't have this month!

the machine in the lidl i go to is quite different from the one in the M&S beside it, and that's different from the one in my local spar.

Whenever you buy a latch or other fittings the screws that come with it are always totally useless, you almost always have to use different ones.

SV located ones I've found have been sh1t, Dunnes ones are pretty decent, also Lidl, Aldi. They don't manufacture the machines but perhaps they skimp on who supplies them.

Looks like a the burnt corner of a snax, it may have been picked up by mistake from the fryer.

I made a stupendous cup of coffee this morning, so good that I gulped it down, so I made another one, but the 2nd wasn't half as good. Le sigh.

I made mistake of leaving my car window wide open last night. I drove it to collect a takeaway. Lashed rain overnight. Saw a cat jumping out of it earlier - not seen it before. Could be from the road that’s parallel to ours. Seat is very wet & there are a couple of new scratches on the door. Probably from the cat’s claws as it was climbing in.

Yesterday, on my Bus Éireann coach 22 this gen Z goon, Irish guy, in sports shorts and shirt in the opposite isle eats his smelly fast food. Two cfc boxes. In the hot weather on the bus. Eating from before Longford and finishes munching before getting off at Dublin Airport. ( I continued my journey to Busaras )

The empty fast food packaging is left on the seat.

I informed the driver about the empty packaging.

When 99% of the information on a particular subject on the internet is wrong!

My mother has just died and I will go over to the UK to register the death. I very nearly jumped straight on a ferry to go over to the UK to do that, I did that when my father died. The "internet" mostly says you have to register the death with the County Registrar within 5 days. However the method of certifying a death change last September. Now before you can register a death the a Medical Examiner or Coroner has to issue a cert to the registrar and that can take up to 5 days. If I had gone over to the UK straight away I would have been more than TAed.

Wake me up when it's all over.

this weird fetish that the director of sky sports live cricket coverage has. Ball bowled, shot played… camera switches to an up close zoomed in dramatic facial capture of the player, instead of showing the important thing…where the fûckin ball is gone….forget arty and dramatic, show the play, follow the ball !

Can't set up Dunnes app on new phone. Tells me to type in the 6-digit code it will send me. It never does :(

Curious to know why they need to send a code for an app. For verification fair enough, but how can you get up to anything nefarious on a Dunnes app?

Is there an intro voucher? Might be to stop people setting up new accounts to get a €5 off €25 spend voucher.
    That was a thing.

The fact that young children are dying in 2025 from measles. A totally avoidable death.

When you know you have too much complexity in your life and you are duped into getting some technology to simplify your life.

And now, you've even more complexity and stuff in your life to tend to, secure and maintain.

The stupid ad for Audible with the . bong . Shut the F up its not funny.

Also uk repeats of the daytime quizzes

    This.

Its worse when your delivering post down these roads, which by their nature aren't the widest, but you know inside out and not one of the day trippers give you any room to squeeze by in your larger van. They either plonk their car too close to a private entrance and still poking out onto the road, or roll their eyes at you when you try to drive past them in the narrow space.

    Sense of entitlement is unreal.

Time to put childish things aside.

The storylines on Coronation street are such far fetched shite nowadays.
