HKC 10270 "System Fault Call Engineer"

    Hi,

    I have the above system with a GSM wifi installed to Securecomm service. In the last 2/3 weeks everytime I set or unset the alarm the keypad displays "Lan/Wifi Link" along with the audible message "System Fault Call Engineer". I can still proceed and set and use the alarm as normal and can still monitor/control it by means of the HKC app on my phone with similar messages being displayed. I have the engineers access to the alarm.

    What do I need to do to clear this problem?
