Repair is not an option for specialised cables like this, you just buy a new cable.

If the connector is fixed to the device, repair of the device may be possible but more realistically, replacement is going to be the case there too. Lightning is now obsolete and new devices to connect to don't exist.

I am assuming you are referring to Vagus Nerve Stimulation. The standard model of VNS devices are the Model M1000 M2000 and M3000. There a number of different manufacturers, but from my quick research the components are the same.

It refers to the two cables as being for charging the programmer and the wand. Based on the picture, they look like standard lightning bolt cables to me, because as the technical guide points out, data from the VNS unit to the wand and programmer( the tablet) is sent wirelessly.

I still stand by my original comment and suggest you just need a standard lightening bolt cable.

However all that said, if it is indeed a lightening bolt on one end and a proprietary connector on the other end, no electrician is going to offer to fix it for you without a detailed pinout, which I was not able to find.

Again, why don't you put up a picture of the two ends?
