Netanyahu and the IDF heroes will not want the focus back on Gaza and their starvation/ethnic cleansing plan. They'll bomb anything to keep attention off the inhumane suffering in Gaza.

What are they doing in the Hyacinth House?

    Another day, another atrocity -

"Gaza's Health Ministry Says Israel Kills 25 Waiting on Aid as Death Toll Exceeds 56,000

Witnesses told The Associated Press that Israeli forces opened fire as people were advancing eastward to be close to the approaching aid trucks."

At this stage the "Hamas steals aid" holds as much water as any other Israeli propaganda, I mean just leave it through. If Hamas steals it, its more a stick to beat them with.

Unless your aim is actually forced starvation and genocide. Makes sense with that framing…

Some interesting news shorts from Haaretz. The killings continue, the starvation continues. The War Crimes continue and the UN have confirmed they are indeed War Crimes. Powerful evidence for the ICJ of course.

UNWRA appears to be on its knees and the opinion piece is sobering.

    Haaretz:
Israeli forces and drones opened fire toward hundreds of people waiting for aid trucks in central Gaza early Tuesday, killing at least 44 people, Palestinian witnesses and hospitals told AP. The IDF said it was reviewing reports of casualties after a group of people approached troops near the Netzarim corridor. Health officials in the Strip said at least 50 people were killed waiting for aid on Tuesday.

The Hamas-run Health Ministry said that 56,077 Palestinians have been killed since the war started on October 7, 2023.

The UN human rights office said that the "weaponization" of food for Gazan civilians constitutes a war crime.

UNRWA chief Philippe Lazzarini told reporters in Berlin that the agency is surviving financially week by week and that "without additional funding I will soon have to take an unprecedented decision affecting our services to Palestinian refugees."

"The Iranian missiles have narrowed the gap between Israel and Gaza in a brutal fashion. The images of destruction from Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan evoke those of Beit Lahia and Gaza City.
Suddenly, through Israeli eyes, one can understand what it looks like to have a ton-and-a-half of explosives dropped on you" – Sheren Falah Saab

The election of a Muslim and openly pro-Palestinian Mayor of New York is pretty significant. Definite hints that the Zionist / AIPAC crowd are rapidly losing control of the narrative and Americans are wising up to Israel being a terrorist and genocidal state.

A tank opening fire on starving people. Where are the genocide apologists now? It's obvious that no one can defend this type of slaughter.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,733 ✭✭✭✭Strazdas

The genocidal Israeli bots on social media are reduced to claiming the food aid killings aren't even happening, a figment of the imagination, but can't even offer the tiniest shred of evidence to back this up, other than saying it's 'Hamas propaganda'.

    They are absolute monsters.

Children in Gaza are dying of thirst, says UNICEF

Children in Gaza dying of thirst after trucks carrying water blocked.

The UN agency has said that 400 aid distribution points in Gaza had dwindled to just four.

"We are seeing a very chilling pattern day in, day out. No one should have to choose between dying of hunger or risking their life to get food."

"Every child is hungry, thirsty and exhausted," Ms Bollen said, adding that as temperatures soar, there is not enough clean water for sanitation, as disease spreads across Gaza.

The number of malnourished children in Gaza is rising at an alarming rate, with 5,119 children between six months and five years of age admitted for treatment for acute malnutrition in May alone, UNICEF said last week.

In a report over the weekend, UNICEF said of the 5,119 children admitted to treatment for acute malnutrition last year, 636 children have severe acute malnutrition (SAM).

What are they doing in the Hyacinth House?

Busy with the cover provided by Israel's illegal preventative attack on Iran.

But you shouldn't be surprised with that, its how it works. Distraction is the name of the game. Imaginary pograms in Amsterdam? Perfect. They distract from the kids been blown apart on a daily basis in Palestine.

So many high powered gatherings of high powered representatives from UN to NATO to RedCross to the World Bank , the IMF, the G7 and the G20

…. and NOTHING can be done to get food to starving Gazans. They can fly across the world with drones and bombers and colossal bombs but cannot get the trucks along the Gaza border moving.
Truth is our emperors are just empty vessels -without clothes or courage - living off the taxes of ordinary folk about whom they don’t give a continental damn.

One wonders how they can keep this up though. We may be very close to a tipping point in Gaza, a huge humanitarian disaster that even the pro-Zionist western media won't be able to cover up.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 941 ✭✭✭Miniegg

Absolutely this, it's cracked. Cannot understand how nobody can get food and aid into Gaza, and how there is no real will from any country to do it.

By doing nothing every country in the world is aiding the IDF in their dirty starvation tactic.

Whilst I agree in principle with the sentiment, there is only one actor directly preventing aid getting into Gaza - Israel.

What is to be done here? Israel controls Gaza, and it decides what supplies can enter and it wants to choke them off.

The US/Europeans were forced to use military power (with permission of the UN I think) on 2 occasions to call a halt to what the Serbs were at in Yugoslavia.

That world is long gone. I think we are going to miss it sorely in coming years. For all the criticism that sort of liberal interventionism sometimes got, it's better than what's shaping up now.

Israel is a Western "ally", have the support of the US, and that's probably enough on it's own. Far from encouraging them to stop, we have the US President talking about ethnic cleansing + building American resorts on the bones in Gaza, while the taps are fully open for continued military support, no matter what Israel does.

The EU could affect Israel by pulling the trade agreement and imposing economic sanctions but that looks impossible at the moment. There's some progress towards it and I think it will happen eventually, as there's just so much daylight opening up between the espoused values of most the members incl. countries like Germany and how Israel behaves. At some point the tension there should become too much.

However even if the will to sanction Israel materialised in Europe, the US can probably backstop Israel and shield it to an extent from economic damage, so that might not actually make them stop what they are doing in Gaza. It's really bleak.

The time for action by anyone with the courage to stand up to Israel and prevent Genocide is long gone.

All that can be done is try and save whoever is left.

It is utterly astonishing that no-one has learned from events of 80 years ago. Yet her we are staring at the extermination of a people by starvation, bombing and shooting.

Israel's campaign in Gaza has nothing to do with Hamas - if it was, with control of 80% of the enclave, they'd be long finished with that objective. Equally, if the objective was releasing the hostages, they'd be released months ago.

Having turned 360 square kilometres into rubble and dust, there's just nothing left to do.

Pure Genocide. 9th circle of Hell for them.

Analysts and geopolitical experts have pointed out there doesn't appear to be any military or strategic reason for the IDF to be bombing and starving the Gazan population in June 2025. It's purely political, ideological and genocidal (similar to the Holocaust in fact).

We are talking about a small country starving an even smaller country (I know the USA is waiting over their shoulder).

Im not advocating bombing Israel so not relevant to Yugoslavia, just delivering food and aid to starving people. If a country can drop bombs on Tel Aviv, surely somebody can drop food into Gaza. There are millions of people in peril here, a concerted effort and coalition of countries / militaries whose sole aim was to distribute food couldn't be stopped by Israel.

My point is - this isn't something that should ever be thought of as impossible, too many lives at stake

It's small but it has a potent military that is fully backed by the US.

I suppose the reason I brought up Yugoslavia and the Serbs is Israel would have to be compelled somehow (I didn't mean militarily) to cease fire, stop the war crimes/(probable/possible genocide) and allow more aid in. They don't want to do that. It's their govt. policy to continue the brutality (just as it was for the Serb's political leaders of the day).

The "bombs" dropped on Tel Aviv by Iran were ballistic missile warheads fired from 1000s of km away, which are no use for delivering aid!

Israel (the IDF) control the land border, the sea and the airspace around Gaza.

If someone wants to bring food or other aid to Gaza against Israel's will e.g. Egypt for sake of argument, they have to run a blockade effectively, again compelling Israel e.g. by at least daring them to stop/detain or attack the vehicles that are bringing in aid which Israel haven't given permission to cross the border.

The only people who would take on a risky task like that I expect are the military of a country, or soldiers placed under a UN mandate.

So "someone" (or as you said a few countries in a group!) would have to step up and put it up to Israel (and I suppose indirectly "big brother" standing behind them, and currently smiling on all that they do) - effectively risk some kind of military conflict (maybe the risk is small, but still).

It's not impossible, but it is unlikely unfortunately.

The EU have another one of their talking shops today on the Israel/ Gaza situation. It is inexcusable that the EU has not sanctioned Israel and pulled out of any trade agreements between the two.

The EU inaction needs to be brought brought into the light of day at every opportunity.OUR purchasing is in OUR power.
    Look at ‘country of origin’.
If it says Israel leave it on the shelves.

This is NOT antisemitism - it’s is revulsion at daily and nightly criminal acts of against a defenceless population by a so called democratic govt.

Goods requires purchasers - supine leaders in Brussels cannot force us to buy items whose source turns our stomach's.

Read country of Origen and ACT.

On the BBC this am Israel is using the Trump mantra of FAKE news. Gazans have the option to leave it seems. Nauseating.

Why does it seem like any diplomatic efforts to sanction Israel is like beating your head off a wall?

What is wrong with countries who are prepared to support this genocide?

The zionists are buried like ticks in Europe just as much as America. They control money to political parties, language and message of the media and have a disproportionate say in the money markets.

They're there in the UK, France and Germany (the countries that matter). Weaker European countries like ourselves they dont bother themselves with.

Thats why you'll never see a politician that matters, from those countries, criticise Israel for what its doing in Gaza, what it did in Iran or Lebanon. One common denominator that can act with impunity because they control the above.

Seeing Starmer and Macron back a totally illegal and unjustified raid by Isreal and Trump after all the damage both have done beggars belief and shows the depth of control. We live in supposed democracies but all we really do is swap out one bunch of bought and paid for shills for another.

Sounds like Trump is to make a big announcement regarding the plans for Gaza, what a bunch of snakes. A nice touch to add the head chopper to the group though. The website lays out everything in detail, horrific stuff.

I see murderous war criminal Ben-Gvir calling for a stop to all humanitarian aid to Gaza:

"The humanitarian aid currently entering Gaza is an absolute disgrace. What is needed in Gaza is not a temporary halt to the “humanitarian” aid, but a complete halt to it.

When I warned and warned, and unfortunately the only one who voted a month and a half ago against the introduction of the aid, it was clear to me that it would give oxygen to Hamas.

There were those who mocked me and claimed that “the aid that will enter the northern Gaza Strip will only last for 10 days,” and today what was known in advance is becoming clear: Hamas is taking control of the quantities of food and goods that contribute to its survival.

Stopping the aid will quickly advance us to victory. I will demand from the Prime Minister that at the upcoming cabinet meeting the issue of the introduction of aid to Gaza be put up for a new vote."

The Italian PM got totally roasted by large group of the parliament the other day. It's the only one i found with English subtitles but even listening to it just in Italian is very powerful. Fancy having to sit through those statements knowing the whole country mostly agrees with every single word of it.
