    People who allow their bushes / trees to grow substantially outside their property line over their walls partially blocking the pathway for pedestrians…. I’ve noticed numerous ones on my walking route, about five, two of which are particularly bad. In those two examples if you were a wheelchair user you’d have to go out on the road to get past. Pedestrians now have to turn sidewards in two cases. It can’t be ‘unnoticed’… by property owners / tenants… as they’ll pass the outside of their property numerous times a week. I see hedge trimmers can be got for about €70 in screwfix. So what gives ?
