How can you tell you ordered an EU plug version?

I finally managed to place an order last week for the 3000X, whilst in holiday in Portugal. I wonder am I gonna get an EU plug version.

I placed order on Thursday and it has just shipped this morning and I have a DHL tracking number, so hopefully it gets here by the end of the week.

if you go onto the order details, it should say under the title of the product.

Hoping it comes as quick as yours!

    Hi,

I'm looking for replacement blades for my Parkside robot lawnmower (pmrda 20-li b2). Are they all pretty much the same or some companies offering sharper/better blades? Any links would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

It more than likely won't, unfortunately.

    • I bought on the 22nd of May
    • it shipped on the 26th with a tracking number
    • The tracking number only became active on the 31st
    • I didn't get delivery til the 6th of June.

one week in with the Yuka Mini 600 and it's working out very well, it somehow tamed our meadow and our lawn looks like a lawn again! 0 incidents so far of getting stuck and it was cutting grass that was a foot tall

I think there is some weird shortcoming with the software I'd say though.

    • It reports the mowing time of a task, but not the time including charging. So it says 250 mins or whatever, but that might take 12 hours with charging, obviously more apparent on the small battery but I guess one with twice the battery would be charging for twice as long. I wouldn't expect it to be fully accurate, but at least guess something!
    • Its very cautious about when it goes back to charge. I was looking at it one of the evenings and it had 5 mins of mowing left in a task, and with 15% battery it headed back to the charger. It comfortably would be able to have done 5 mins and then headed back. I understand with the older style mowers that it wouldn't have a clue how long its going to take it to get back to the charger, It feels like with these RTK based ones, since it knows where the charger is that it could live life a bit more dangerously in terms of going back to charge
    • That example gets even worse, it charges to 90% or whatever it charges to before leaving the base station rather than just topping up what it needs to finish the task. So in this case it didn't get to finish before the "don't mow at night" rule kicked in, so it went out to finish the task at 5am, did its 5 mins of mowing and went back to the base station to sit idle again.

    Hey everyone,

Apologies if this has already been chatted about above but there are over 180 pages of comments to look through :)

My question is - has anyone had any issues with the lawnmower getting stuck in rough terrain. Id suppose my lawn wouldnt be the most level with some dips etc and the lawnmower seems to get stuck here and there.

Iv seen the following wheel spikes online that are supposed to help but am wondering if anyone has actually used them and if they found they helped…. were they easy to install on the wheels etc….. any further info would be greatly appreciated??

    Hi all,

I've searched the thread, so don't think this has been asked before, however I'm hoping this is the right place for this question…….

I have a Flymo Easilife Go 250 which I purchased in April 2024. Very happy with it to date, but yesterday I went to start it and noticed an error "Safety Function"

I tried the usual things to get it going again, but nothing seems to be working.

    So 2 questions really:

    1. Has anyone ever come across this before, and any idea what the cause might be (I did a lot of googling and it seems a pretty vague error code)
    2. Does anyone know if Flymo have anyone based in Ireland who does the warranty calls? I phoned a few places this morning and no one seems to know of anyone who deals with them here anymore.

It comes with a 2 year warranty, so it's still covered, so just want to get it sorted asap!

    Thanks in advance,

    N

Just wondering if anyone has experience with Worx Landroid?

Have one working and suddenly today the wire is down as missing. Got a short piece of wire and cut it, light goes green. Connect both wires again and red

Disconnected one side and went around with AM radio and getting feedback the whole way around

Now the only thing I can see, if I put the wire into the red connection I get no noise, if I put either wire into the black then I get feedback on the AM radio

Just wondering what might be the issue? I checked around and no damage to the wire and lawnmower is just stopped in middle of lawn so not sure.

Just wondering what the second hand market is like? going to sell one of the WR142E I have and go wireless

I purchased some second hand, so there is a market.

Like everything, if you price it right it will probably sell.

Mammotion have the 2025 model back in stock.

Mine took a month to be delivered. I think it was around a week for the tracking to become active. Once you have the tracking number you should get it within 2 weeks.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 90 ✭✭aireng

Keep the box. I think they send you a shipping label to ship it back to them.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 90 ✭✭aireng

Going lower than 15% can damage the battery. Also it is taking into account any obstacles that are in its way back to the charging station. Try upping the speed a little so that it finishes the task before the cut off time. You can tell it to go back out before the 90% charge, I know not very automatic. It used to charge to 80% before going back out but they changed it to 90.

very big & informative thread! apologies if my question has been answered already but i was unable to find a case such as mine.

we have three lawn areas that aren't joined + have no capability to be joined as we have dogs that need to be kept in the main area and so it is hedged/gated off, and another an area that is only accessable up many steps. main lawn is 420m2, lawn 2 is 270m2 & third 200m2. they arent bowling greens but pretty level, a bit mossy and no great obstacles on them.

i wanted to get a boundary-wire-less robo mowing solution and had thought that a charging station could be located at the main lawn and that maybe the mower could be manually placed each day on lawns 2 & 3 as needed. i know this isn't the "no touch running in the background" mode, but would be no great hardship in my mind…. certainly easier than the manual mowing atm.

i dropped into one of the irish mower dealers and they told me that this wouldnt be possible. that the areas needed to be joined and that the mower would need line of sight connection to the reference station.

is this the case? seems weird to me and google is giving me differing answers. what would be my options in this use case?

You can definitely do this with a wire boundary husqvarna automower as long as you can run one continuous wire around all the lawns. You select "secondary area" when mowing the lawns without the charging station.

You might be better to get 3 cheaper mowers.

cheers for the info/reply. the wire option isnt really practical tbh, could be done but id rather go wireless if possible.

If you don't mind manually moving the mower to each of the other areas (every couple of days) then it's no bother for the Luba 2. It's basically what I do. For partly the same reason - the dog.

I have two separate areas of lawn to the front of the house that don't have line of site to the RTK station. One is 260m2 the other is 32m2. The larger one takes ~90minutes and the small one just less than 20. This means that both can be done without a recharge. If I had to bring it back for a recharge then that, for me, would be very inconvenient. I usually do my front lawns when I get home in the evening. Put it on the large one, have dinner or whatever. Move it to the small one. Then back to the base station when done.

Now my site is level, so I just manually drive it out after I open the gate. I am in the process of turning down the curbs to make ramps. This will eliminate any lifting and allow me to create channels from/to the base station. That way, all I'll have to do is open and close the gate.

Yours at 270m2 and 200m2 might fall shy of getting both done on one charge. If that were the case for me, I'd probably do them on different days as recharging is slow. The other thing I would point out is that the Luba 2 is ~17kg and due to it's width it can be a little difficult to lift and carry over a distance. So carrying in up the steps is something to consider. Now you can turn it on it's side and that makes carrying easier and I presume is not an issue but I don't know for certain.

cheers for the reply. im going to pull the trigger on the lawnmaster and see how it fares. nowhere near the specs of the luba 2 but should hopefully be ok if i spread it all over several days and continue it in that way
