Would like a Tv for sitting room 37-to43 inch would be fine.

Ideally with an android smart system but not essential.

Remote must be easy to use and intuitive. It's for an older user. Have you any good options

We have a few options for a good 43" TV with a user friendly smart hub. I would really recommend the LGs - they don't have Android but the Web OS smart system is one of the most user friendly I've seen and they come with a magic remote with a point and click function:

If you're looking for something with an amazing picture though the LG OLED42C44 is one of the best available with the same Web OS. The self lit panel has a sharper picture with better contrast, colour and brightness:

We also have the Philips TVs which use the Titan operating system and while not as comprehensive as the LGs they do offer a great LED panel at a great price:

Hi I've just reviewed this - I was about to buy on behalf of the father in law but the space in his house is not accomodating.

There are two main requirements.

TV cannot be more than 39" - current one is that and it is wedged.
Also, it should have a central pedestal or plinth - legs at either side won't work well in the space.

Can you provide a few recommendations, please? Hope to order this weekend.

Thanks for getting back to me Ballyargus.

We wouldn't have anything at a 39" unfortunately - the TV sizes jump straight from a 32" to a 40" but the 40" panels aren't 4K, you would need to go to a 42" or a 43" for a 4K TV.

What model of TV do you have at the moment? If it's an older model the bezels tend to be a bit bigger so you might get away with a 42 or 43" as the newer TVs are mainly screen with minimal bezels?

The 40" TVs would be Full HD rather than 4K but if you're looking for a good 40" panel the Philips 40PFS6000 would be a good starting point as it's a Full HD smart TV:
