HKC app issues

Hi all, I can't connect through app since yesterday at some point...just wondering is there a known issue at the moment, before I contact my installer. Thanks

We are having issues today. Can't connect to the app and the alarm keeps beeping with a GSM line fault message.
Did your connection come back?

Mine is back now. Was down for about 24 hours or so. I didn't have a gsm line fault error though, so your issue may be different.

I haven't heard or noticed any issues.
They did do an update to the system last week with no issues.
