Dublin airport buses are left hand drive why ?

    Why are the buses that shuttle you to the airplane left hand drive is it because they might be cheaper to buy ? I noticed that the doors are on both sides so the usual problem of stepping into the road is eliminated.

    They'll only ever really be driven airside, so there isn't much point in redesigning the bus for RHD markets.

    Planes board passengers from one side only and buses approach from rear of plane. LHD suits.
