Another Starship test flight tonight (00:30 in the morning)
They'll be re-using the booster that was flown and caught on flight7, but there'll be no catch attempt this time.
Lets hope the starship makes it further than the last couple times...

In and of itself no. It's how it's used. And yes they should have to pay the airline diversions.

Regulatory capture of the FAA by Musk & co. though is dangerous every single day , not just when they are testing rockets. And billionaires care more about their money than other people's lives.
