Aer Lingus selling phantom American Airlines flights?

I booked a flight through Aer Lingus with the return leg involving flying LAS-LAX-DUB. Flight is in October.

The LAS-LAX leg is with American Airlines, departing LAS at 17:22, arriving LAX at 18:41. Just over 90 minutes until my LAX-DUB flight. Perfect.

This morning I got an email from American Airlines telling me that my LAS-LAX flight is now at 11:48, arriving 13:05. 7.5 hours layover. Not so perfect.

When I Google the flight number Aer Lingus gave me (EI7347), it matches what American Airlines are telling me (with a flight departing today at that time with that flight number), but Aer Lingus tell me that original booking details still stand and that American Airlines haven't informed them of any change to my details.

Seems really odd to me. Has anyone else experienced this?

It's likely that AA have changed their schedules but the Aer Lingus codeshare hasn't been updated (this kind of nonsense frequently happens with codeshares). You'll probably have to wait until Aer Lingus get the update, and then ask Aer Lingus to rebook you on a better flight. Check the Aer Lingus site first to find an option that best suits you so that you can suggest that to them.

Will keep an eye on my booking details in the app and get onto Aer Lingus as soon as it changes there.

Frustrating, as the times I booked worked really well travelling with kids. Late departure, short transfer, mid-afternoon arrival into Dublin.
